During the COVID-19 crisis our team was eager to help. One repeated headline we kept seeing was a shortage in ventilators as the Coronavirus continued to surge. In the spring of 2020, we were approached by one of our customers with a unique solution, a y connector. This Y connector allowed a ventilator to be connected to two or more patients at the same time.
We were able to to assist our customer with their design activities and have the first production part within 73 hours of our customers initial request. Our Prototype Plus quick turn around gave us the ability to not only create but also ship in under 4 days. Our team was able to produce and ship nearly 15,000 in the first week. This was just the beginning in our fight to help end COVID-19.
