Headquarters

Our headquarters is included on our Grand Rapids campus, with multiple ISO 13485 certified facilities totaling 90,000 square feet. Our facilities were designed and built specifically to meet the high standards of medical and biotech device manufacturing. With numerous ISO Class 8 and 7 cleanrooms dedicated to molding, assembly, and packaging we are fully equipped with the latest technology for any project.

Clinton Township, Michigan

Our ISO13485 certified Clinton Township location has two facilities, which house injection molding, in-house mold design, and tooling construction. This full-service facility also focuses on prototypes, bridge tooling, and quick-turn medical manufacturing.

Schoolcraft, Michigan

Concept Molds in Schoolcraft, Michigan provides tooling solutions to all of our facilities. Our highly-skilled mold-making team specializes in comprehensive mold design, precision machining, and robust tooling built to the customer’s standards.

Orchard Park, New York

Our ISO 13485 certified Orchard Park, New York locations has two full-service facilities: one dedicated to silicone and the other for thermoplastics injection molding. Our highly technical team focuses on tight tolerance thermoplastic and silicone tools, components, assemblies and post molding applications, with all services done in-house.
