Job Details

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all established policies, rules, and procedures are followed
  • Manage and administer accounts payable and receivable activities using applicable software
  • Create reports and pay bills accordingly
  • Administer onboarding process for new hires
  • Monitor employee timecards and working hours, enter information as needed and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Distribute and post materials relating to employee matters
  • Manage shipping and receiving and file documents accordingly
  • Calibration administration and instrument labeling
  • Maintenance document administration
  • Ordering basic shop supplies
  • Tool crib administration

 

Organizational Relationships:

  • This position reports directly to the General Manager and requires a close working relationship with all employees of the company, along with a close working relationship with accounting and HR employees of all other Medbio locations.

 

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

  • High-school diploma
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and FileMaker
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and provide accurate reports

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position and essential functions including sitting and looking at a computer, and frequently moving about the shop to gather information. Employee is required to work 40 hours a week.
