The Project Engineer will support or monitor Project Management, Process Development, and Production Line Support functions, as they relate to injection molding and/or assembly projects for the company. As a key pre-sales contact, the Senior Applications Engineer will engage directly with customers, presenting tailored solutions and capabilities to drive business growth, as well as guide the junior Applications Engineers as they develop in the role

As a key pre-sales contact, the Applications Engineer will engage directly with customers, presenting tailored solutions and capabilities to drive business growth.
In this hands-on leadership role, The Project Engineering Supervisor will maintain staffing to support Project/Program Management, Process Development, Production Line and launch support. Documentation Maintenance and Quoting Functions while also managing and executing their own projects. Additionally, this position establishes and maintains robust systems that satisfy the Quality Objectives of Medbio, Clinton Township. and continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact and communication between company and customer for all phases of project launches. Bring structure to the project management process and the working relation between departments. The Project Engineer is responsible for providing program deliverables to the customer.
The Production Tool Maker I supports the production efforts at Medbio LLC by maintaining and repairing of our mold tools, reviewing mold tool designs, and making suggestions for improving our tools. They will also problem solve tooling and part quality issues that are due to a tool condition, work from blueprints and part drawings to modify and build tools, jigs, and fixtures. The Production Tool Maker I can setup and operate all tool shop equipment.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Strategy and have an opportunity to build out new analytical tools to support our Commercial team. You will drive visibility to the financial performance of our customer portfolio, by conducting margins, price/volume/mix and investment decision analysis. You will be an important part of the decision process around new customer quoting to achieve the best margins and drive revenue optimization. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Commercial team with customer performance analysis, quoting, margin analysis, sales incentives management, quarterly forecast and annual budget, as well as developing and providing insightful consolidated financial reporting and analysis for Medbio LLC.
The Machinist performs a variety of tasks involved with preparing and finishing mold components using manual and CNC machinery. Duties include taking guidance and direction from the Shop Foreman and assigned Mold-Maker.
The Mold-Maker Apprentice performs a variety of tasks involved with learning and understanding the duties required to become a lead Mold-Maker. Duties include taking guidance and direction from the Shop Foreman and assigned Mold-Maker.
Responsible for part production; molding, assembly, and inspection of all product produced. The selected candidate will have excellent vision, hand eye coordination, dexterity, and analytical skills with a high focus on organization, cleanliness, ability to follow procedures, and quality of work.
