Job Opportunities
Responsible for prescribed maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting issues on the production floor as well as installation new equipment and fixtures. This position is also responsible for repairs to equipment and fixtures as needed.
Manufacturing and facility maintenance
Supports customer tooling and all departments as required.
The Quality Engineer II (QE II) is responsible for quality activities in support of Production and Engineering activities at Medbio. The QE II is responsible for quality management system activities, including maintaining compliance to ISO/FDA requirements. The QE II is a mid-level engineer that requires some guidance and is able to lead some activities.
The Molding Process Technician is a cross functional resource for daily activities at Medbio. This role will primarily provide support for the start-up and maintenance of processes on the production floor. The Process Technician will also aid in timely completion of mold set-up activities in addition to other duties.
The Quality Engineer I (QEI) is responsible for quality activities in support of Production and Engineering activities at Medbio. The QEI is responsible for quality management system activities, including maintaining compliance to ISO/FDA requirements. The QEI is an entry level engineer position that requires guidance / mentoring from more senior level engineers or management for many activities and customer interactions.
Manufacturing and facility maintenance
The Machinist performs a variety of tasks involved with preparing and finishing mold components using manual and CNC machinery. Duties include taking guidance and direction from the Shop Foreman and assigned Mold-Maker.
The Mold-Maker Apprentice performs a variety of tasks involved with learning and understanding the duties required to become a lead Mold-Maker. Duties include taking guidance and direction from the Shop Foreman and assigned Mold-Maker.
Responsible for part production; molding, assembly, and inspection of all product produced. The selected candidate will have excellent vision, hand eye coordination, dexterity, and analytical skills with a high focus on organization, cleanliness, ability to follow procedures, and quality of work.
