The Applications Engineer serves as a technical expert in Medbio’s capabilities and processes. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and commercial acumen, enabling the individual to consult on manufacturing and tooling solutions. As a key pre-sales contact, the Applications Engineer will engage directly with customers, presenting tailored solutions and capabilities to drive business growth.
The Lead Metrologist supports Engineering activities at Medbio, including Product/Process Qualification/Validations, engineering studies, product development reviews. Will be responsible for training Quality Metrologists, Technicians, Inspectors and Operators in metrology practices. Will assist in identifying new metrology equipment needs and leading improvement teams to improve the process of measurement, data storage, and reporting. Will support product and process investigations when needed. Will support other areas of the organization, while adhering to relevant ISO and cGMP, and FDA regulatory requirements.

The Customer Service Manager will play a critical role in achieving this vision by leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) across multiple sites to deliver exceptional service and strengthen customer relationships. This leader will drive customer retention by building strong relationships with Medbio’s top accounts, proactively addressing customer needs, resolving escalated issues promptly, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all Medbio sites.
The Mold Maker performs a variety of tasks involved with selection and operation of machines and tooling as well as set ups for machining of components for molds. Duties also include evaluation and execution for Repair or PM of molds. Manage and complete mold builds while working closely with Engineering and all other departments.
