The Customer Support Specialist position will be responsible for outstanding customer service, manufacturing, and warehouse support. In addition, this position will support special projects for other departments as needed.
The Lead Metrologist supports Engineering activities at Medbio Inc, including Product/Process Qualification/Validations, engineering studies, product development reviews. The Lead Metrologist will be responsible for training Quality Technicians and Quality Inspectors in metrology practices. The Lead Metrologist will assist in identifying new metrology equipment needs and leading improvement teams to improve the process of measurement, data storage, and reporting. This person will also support others areas of the organization in the areas of calibration, and auditing activities, while adhering to relevant ISO and cGMP, and FDA regulatory requirements.
The Quality Metrologist (QM) primarily supports the Production and Engineering activities at Medbio, as well as assisting in metrology and auditing activities, while preserving relevant ISO/FDA requirements.
Responsible for part production; molding, assembly, and inspection of all product produced. The selected candidate will have excellent vision, hand eye coordination, dexterity, and analytical skills with a high focus on organization, cleanliness, ability to follow procedures, and quality of work.
The Mold Maker performs a variety of tasks involved with selection and operation of machines and tooling as well as set ups for machining of components for molds. Duties also include evaluation and execution for Repair or PM of molds. Manage and complete mold builds while working closely with Engineering and all other departments.
The Manufacturing Engineer will support Production, Project Engineering and Process Engineering functions, as they relate to injection molding and/or assembly projects for the company. Additionally, this position will ensure that all documents or practices follow the Quality Regulatory objectives.
The Process Technician will support the production efforts at Medbio, LLC. in the staging of tooling and startup of production jobs while maintaining reasonable efficiencies, minimizing tool damage/wear, and preserving the safety of all viability. Support of engineering development and corrective/preventative action efforts are required as necessary.

The Molding Machine Operator I is an entry level position supporting daily production activities at Medbio. This role will provide hands on interaction with machines and molded product to inspect and pack for transfer to the Secondary Department or direct shipment to customers.
